Pretty in Pink

We went to a movie last night, so I didn't get something ready in advance to wear to church today.  I threw this together at the last minute from stuff that didn't need to be ironed.  I really should just iron my church clothes when I'm putting together my outfits for the week, but that'd be way too easy.

Found it!

I found the copy of Photoshop that I downloaded early in the week on my laptop all by myself.  However, the software isn't exactly user friendly, so I played with a few pictures today and I'll need to spend a lot more time figuring out what it can do.  Today's post is a tribute to my lack of photoshopping skills.

Not Penguins

I bought this shirt online from J Crew and failed to read the description that said the pattern was a bunch of cats.   I bought it because to me, the pattern looked like a bunch of penguins.  Imagine my surprise when it arrived and I realized it wasn't adorned with penguins.  My initial thought was, "Huh, cats."  And then I decided to keep it.  I'm glad I did because it's pure silk and it is extremely comfortable.

Rockin' Red Bird

I switched most of my closet around this past weekend for Spring and unearthed these pants.  They were buried in a far corner of my closet on a shelf and the red sweater was buried underneath a mound of sweaters.  These things are like wearing pajamas all day and they are super comfortable.  I really hope it doesn't get too cold again or I am in big trouble!
