Pickles

 I learned today that one of my co-workers has an adversion to pickles.  This particular friend of mine works out of his home in Florida (it's in the 80's there and in the low 40's in Ohio...sigh).  So, I couldn't help myself today and took a picture of my pickles at lunch and emailed them to him.  I laughed and laughed and laughed!

 I have to admit, I didn't come up with this outfit idea on my own.  I was inspired by the Atlantic Pacific blog last year and have been dying to try it.  Today was the day!

Kira is running for Mayor of third grade and the primary election is tomorrow.  It's been a lot of work campaigning and she has to give a speech tomorrow.  It's all in her hands now and she's ready for it.  2 candidates move on from the primary to the general election next Tuesday.  If she makes it passed round 1, she has to write another speech and campaign some more.  If she makes it to the general election, I'm buying a button maker this weekend because IT IS ON!
